We offer the following subrogation recovery services for insurance companies and self-insured entities.
Negotiate directly with adverse parties or their insurance carrier on disputed, complex or time-consuming files.
Automobile - Physical Damage, Liability, Med Pay, Contribution etc.
Homeowners - Defective Products, Contractor Negligence etc.
Commercial/Farm - Defective Products, Tenant Damages etc.
We can conduct closed file reviews for our clients to look for additional subrogation opportunities. There is no charge for this service unless we collect on a file.
Negotiate settlements with uninsured parties, including handling all aspects of monthly payment plans. Disbursements to client companies are made each quarter.
We can handle respondent and applicant arbitrations via Arbitration Forums and NAMIC Arbitration Services. If needed, we offer a service where you review and approve our arbitration contentions before they are submitted to the arb panel. Any arbitration filing reflects directly on your company. We believe that you should have final say on the contentions before they are sent in. There is no fee for applicant arbitrations unless we win. We also have a low flat rate for answering respondent arbitrations. Your company does not need to be a member of Arbitration to use this cost-effective service. Call or email us for more information on how arbitration can help your company.
Is a simple thing to do. No contracts and no time-consuming cover sheets. You can send us your files via regular mail, fax or email (PDF preferred). If sending your complete file is easiest for you, then that works for us. If not, please send us the documents showing as much of the following information as possible.
Your complete contact information.
Adverse party contact information, including email address.
Police/Fire reports.
Statements or accident report forms.
Estimates and photos of the damage.
Copy of checks or payment screens.
Expert reports on product defect and fire losses.
Copies of communication with the adverse party.
If applicable, arbitration paperwork.
